THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTIE

The executive committie is structured fourteen members who experties in varied social activites & have well trained are capability in all aspects of this ogernization.All the executive committie members are still remain & extending their services for the betement of this orgernizations,s development.The executive committie has desided to hold the first annual genaral meeting during the month of june,2005 whenthe orgernization is completed two years period of it,s services successfully.

REGISTRATION

Our ogernization has been registered with the sources & the details of which are shown below:- 1.The divisional secretariet of Ambagamuwa korale,Ginigathhena under the registration bearing NO:-NE/AM/NGO/SL/156. 2. The development of cultural affairs,8th floor “Sethsiri paya” Battaramulla under there registration bearing NO:-06/05/S/S/15/12. 3.The ministry of industries,trade&commers tourism-stock development,estate infrastructure,hindu culture affairs,education(tamil)social services & rehabilitation of central provincial,kandy under the registration bearing NO:- CPC/NE/AM/-31/A/160. 4.The registration with the registrar,National Secretariat for Non Governmental Orgernization,Ministry of Women Empowerment & social welfare,5th floor,Sethsiripaya Battaramulla is in progress by his Ref:- MSS/5/2/1278.

PERFORMED ACTIVITIES

Our orgeranization has followedup the activities in the past carried out as follows :-

1. We have undertaken one day seminar in respect of “trafficking in the following dates & places:-

a.On 21.08.2004 at upcot

b.On21.08.2004 at hatton NGO Fourm office

c.On 30.08.2004 at castlereleigh,estate,Hatton.

d.On 17.09.2004 at our office All the expenses was made by Disha Net work orgernization,Hatton.

2.On 22nd of november,2004 we have opend a sewing class at our office premises for the educated children who expect self employment with the assistance our friends orgernizations.Now about 35 educated youths obtaining the Tailoring training successfully.

3.When the massive tidal waves affected in sri lanka in decmber,2004 we have collected the relife itams from the public &it was distributed through the Maskeliya town committie to costal area.

4.On 20.01.2005 we have opened a pre school at Blomfield estate,Maskeliya which is the first pre school in our project.

5.On 20.01.2005 we have opened a pre school at Adams peak estate,Maskeliya which is the remote area and have no any other pre school in that area.

6.On 11.02.2005 we have opened a pre school at our premises with the assistance of The Hatton National Bank Limited,Maskeliya Branch. The first preference have given in this school for the poor families children.

7.On 5th & 6th of March,2005 we have conducted the training programe to the pre school teachers at our office.

8.On 18th & 19th of March 2005 The Trade Union Women Fourm,s of No:9,kinross avenue,CO 4 has been orgernized a program to work for the people who affected due to Tsunami.In this project ,volunteer work and medical camp was undertaken at Kalmunai & our women participants were involed through the Disha NetWork,Hatton successfully.

9.On 23,03.2005 we have opened a pre school at Minna estate Upcot &this is 4th pre school of the project in our objectives. At this stage we have maintained six pre schools by our orgarnization & those pre schools were registered at Ambagamuwa pradeshiya saba,Ginigathhena & the nutrition programe to undertaking through the assistance of Government.

SERVICES

Hence, still our orgernization have not recived any financial from the Agencies & or funding orgernizations, since the officers including the executive committie members & others are obtaince vollunteer services to this orgernization at this moment. All our activities are taken in successful maner in the past through our volunteer services with the collaboration of the well wishes.Although our executive commitiee has decided to communicate with the funding agencies to obtain assistances for our project proposals while the orgernization has been registered successfully.

FUTURE PLANING

It was decided by our trustee that the pre schools be mainted minimum in the ten places end of the year 2005 at our project another sewing class may be concidered to open at Upcot area according to the availability materials and assistance obtain by the orgernization.In addition the trustee has decided to be considered to under taken the following activities with the assistance of funding agencies in the future. a.Special classes for G.C.E.O/L,and Advanced level school children. b.Non formal education shemes to the estate sector. c.Awareness programe on trafficking & migrant workers. d.To work for the disable children&people. e.Computor based education traning programe educated youths. f.self employment activites to the educated youths. Initially we are commenced to take statistic s planing to others activites and through the discussion with the agencies & funding sources the arrengments will made to succeed the activites.

SHRAMADANA WORK

We proud to announce that our committee members and others are involved in volunteer services at various sector in the past and same policies will follow up at our prolect area continuasly.Our working committee has decided in the future that the voluntteer services will take place at the government hospitals and other social responcibilities places too along with the school and we have been assured by the Government Doctors and other officials for the free seminars in respect of the helth mother and child care sanitations alcholism and to facilitate the special classes for G.C.E.O/L and Advanced level children.These activites have been drawn up and will be implemented in the future successfully.

SERVING & CREDIT SCHEME

The special activites is under taken in the future to the estate workers and their children for saving & credit scheme which is very poor in this sector.Through our programme we are possible to introduced this activites very successfully.It is amied from the group is to established an effective target grous for persons who involved in traning of saving & credit the plantation workers and their children.Our target group is involved directly with the banks and customers and will assist them in this schme continuously.

FUND

The orgernization is maintaning through the contribution of subscriptions from its members and well wishers and executive commitiee now has decided to apply for the assistance of financial from the funding agencies or the sources of funding authorities concerned as our organization has now been registered
